    Worst service I have ever experienced. This place is absolutely pathetic. The attendants didn’t even ask what I wanted and were fighting against each other. Even after being told, one of the ladies told me she is just a supervisor, how is the customer supposed to know..Absolutely rude and unprofessional attitude. The management needs to take notice. It also took 30 minutes to prepare a simple grilled chicken sandwich.

    Bought sandwiche Turkey on wheat bread, felt like Grind Sand under my teeth, I open it I found the lettuce has muddy spot inside. I wish if they do more cleaning . The sad part I found that after i got Boarded .

    Love what I ordered! This is my first time at the Charlotte Airport and first time eating here. Didn't know what quite to expect and am pleasantly surprised. I was super hungry before boarding my flight to CA and looking for something light and healthy. This place had it. I got a mixed fruit cup and an egg and cheese panini with tomato and an interesting sauce and strawberry jam. It's huge, they cut it in two, and served it warm. The taste is phenomenal! So glad I took a chance and tried this restaurant.

    Ordered a Smoked Turkey Club panini. There was absolutely no line in front of me. The sandwich took them 20 minutes to put together. I wound up having to take the sandwich on my flight...
